Return Policy

Not completely satisfied with the clothing fit? Please contact us for a size exchange.

Size Exchange (clothing) – Claims must be submitted within 15 calendar days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Your order will be sent after we have received and inspected the product. We offer one (1) clothing size exchange per item, at our discretion.

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective – If your product is misprinted, damaged, or defective upon arrival. You must report your claim within 15 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Lost – For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We are not responsible for missing mail that is mark as “delivered”. Misdelivered package claims can be made with your mail carrier.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

We do not offer refunds for remorse buys; please consider carefully before making your purchase. Everything is printed on-demand and we do not have the capacity to issue returns for non-clothing items at this time.

Please contact us first to begin the process for an exchange or return. Do not send us anything in the mail until you have been approved for an exchange or return by email. We are not responsible for any items sent back to us that have not first been approved for exchange or return by email.
